Stunning Cape-walking distance to town! This charming cape has a new lease on life! The original circa 1900s home has been stunningly renovated to bring together the character and charm of old and new. Located on a dead end street this home is warm and welcoming and updated throughout. The home features 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 comfortably with a queen sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional sleeping space. An open concept living room and a dream kitchen that boasts stainless steel Viking appliances and granite countertops. The master bedroom features a queen bed with storage drawers and a closet, the second bedroom has twin bunk beds, a twin trundle bed and a nice size closet. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with trundle that pulls out to a queen to accommodate two adults comfortably. Two spacious full bathrooms. Also a downstairs washer and dryer. Relax in front of the fireplace with a good book, enjoy a fine meal in the dining area or have a BBQ on the patio. A nice dinner in town is only a short walk away. Enjoy the backyard after a great day at the beach. The front patio is also a great option for a relaxing coffee or visiting with friends. The options are endless! Our home DOES NOT accommodate pets under any circumstances, even emotional support dogs of any kind. We can not allow pets as there are life threatening allergies within our family. We will not accept any certificates validating support dogs either. *We DO NOT allow pets at the home because of a severe allergy to dogs and cats*Please check our calendar for updated rental rates, as they can vary.*Summer we are accepting full week reservations only (July-August)-All Beaches (3 Major Ones) are a bike ride or short drive away (.75 to 2.5 miles).-High speed wireless internet -Back patio with sitting area and BBQ.-Great outdoor space for playing games, relaxing or visiting-linens and towels are not included -Endless restaurant and bar choices a short walk away-Bose wireless portable speaker
