For those beach days, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided!Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, living room, den, dining room, sunroom, and screened in porch on the first floor! Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. June through September there are window units around the home to provide AC for those breaks from the sun!Maine isn't only known for our summers! This home is the perfect location for Maine's beauty all year-round being just a 10 minute walk to all Christmas Prelude activities!Sleeping accommodations:Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bedBedroom #2: 2 Twin bedsBedroom #3: 2 Twin bedsAll Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!Pet fee is $150/dog, 2 dog maximum.Max parking of 4 cars.
