This charming, three-bedroom home, located in the heart of Kennebunk is the perfect place to stay when visiting beautiful Southern Maine, especially with your dog! This home has it all- comfortable furnishings, a private fully fenced in backyard and a workout room with a Peloton bike and rower! We're thrilled to share there is now mini-split air-conditioning throughout the home for the 2024 season!The first floor features a large kitchen/dining room, granite countertops, and hardwood floors. The kitchen leads to an open living room and flows to a small sitting room with a desk perfect for working remotely. Off the sitting room/office is an enclosed sunroom/game room with a ping-pong table. Roll out a yoga mat or jump on the Peloton during your stay. Upstairs you will find a full bath, three bedrooms, and laundry closet. The private yard is perfect for lounging, gathering around the firepit, a backyard BBQ, and playing games with family and friends.There is plenty to do within walking distance of the home in Downtown Kennebunk. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, have fun bowling, explore the local Farmers Market, or dine out at one of the many restaurants in town. There are activities for everyone of all ages! Best of all, the famed Maine beaches are just a short drive from the home.If you plan on bringing your dog, this is an amazing property for your vacation! Let them outside in the fenced yard worry-free. Take them for a long walk around Downtown Kennebunk’s sidewalk lined streets. For some time in nature, Hope Cemetery Trails are just outside your door and the Bridle Path is on the other side of downtown.
