First floor also features 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin) and updated full bath. Second floor also boasts two beds (2 twins and 1 king) and new bath with double sinks and glass shower enclosure. But wait, there's also a finished basement, with laundry and lg TV. Going to the beach? Grab our parking pass, pack the car (instead of dragging the toppling wagon and wandering youngsters), spend the day or comeback for lunch because we are that close and Bennetts sandwiches are on the way! Then rinse off in the ENCLOSED OUTDOOR SHOWER before relaxing in the peace and quiet or hitting the 'Port to check out all the new high-end establishments or an old stand-by for chowder and fried clams. Beach not your thing? Webhannet Golf Course is less than a mile away and open to the public. You haven't lived until you've golfed where you can hear and smell the surf, but still be among the tall Maine pines. Play with the kids or get in a practice round at the even closer pitch & putt/range on Rte 9. Explore Kennebunkport, historic Kennebunk village, with its new skating pavilion!
