Footpaths to the water where the magic of tide pools, swimming, kayaking, fishing and snorkeling awaits. The large land-side lawn and sunset deck is the perfect place for family fun and games. Peaceful, private and completely renovated (with major improvements made in Spring 2019)The hub of family fun – from dawn to late into the night – is the open family and living area. There is also a separate living room with TV. The house features stunning ocean views from almost every room in the house. The fully equipped new kitchen awaits you. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have ocean views and sleeps 10 comfortably. All of the bedrooms are appointed with quality linens and towels for your convenience. 2 ½ baths, an awesome outdoor shower, front and back deck, large front yard, BBQ Grill, etc. Tidepools sits in a secluded setting on a private road, three miles from some of the best surfing, beaches and other great activities in the area. Portsmouth, New Hampshire is 15 minutes to the south. Portland, Maine lies 45 minutes north and Boston and Manchester, NH are less than 90 minute's drive away.Tidepools is both totally private and peaceful. It is a 5-minute drive to the Cliff House Resort & Spa, and only a minute more to the Cape Neddick Country Club golf course. You are only minutes from some of the finest dining and shopping on the New England seacoast. Less than 90 minutes from Boston, an hour from Manchester and 45 minutes from Portland, Tidepools is totally accessible!
