Close to everything, beaches, dining, hiking, biking, OOB, UNE, Old Port, Kennebunkport, Cape Porpoise, Pickup fresh steamed lobsters right on your street! Gas Grill and picnic table out back, a nice deck....All new appliances, fireplace etc. There is another smaller unit in this house (separated by a garage)if you should need additional space see listing #2838311. It's separated by the garage in the center, all separate, yard, driveway, outside shower, firepit ect. Guests are not sharing the unit or yard with other guests or owners.
