First floor: There is a fully stocked charming kitchen with a screened in porch for that morning coffee and the salt air in the sunshine. The Main bedroom is spacious, with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen sized bed and lots of light and room. The cozy living room has a chandelier, exposed beams, and there is a second full bathroom in the hallway. The washer and dryer are in the entryway. Second floor: 2 bedrooms for the kids with 2 twin beds in each room. The stairs go on both sides of the antique bee hive chimney, original to the home.Outdoor space: Gas grill, fire pit, beach access and a rocky beach. Expansive lawn is great to playgames and spread out with the family. If you need more room, ask us if the farm house next door is available!
