In-town 5 Bedroom Victorian With Heated Pool Welcome to my restored in-village, 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath home that sleeps up to 10. It also has a new, in-ground heated fiberglass, salt water pool. Classic New England Victorian surrounded by stained glass windows, a working fireplace, 5 lovely bedrooms, (master bath has "jetted"claw-foot tub), newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, formal dinning room, giant family room with pool table and a surround sound 75” home theater.We added a solar pool heating system ( along with propane) to extend the swimming season into October. It’s 82 degrees!Around the pool, a custom made gas fire pit that will keep your family and friends toasting even on those cooler Maine nights. Enjoy peace and quiet and still be in town. Two blocks walking distance to dining. entertainment and the “narrows” .Lubec is a Fodor "Hidden Gem"! Come Downeast’ and get that authentic Maine experience while having a wonderful time in this classic New England home.
