The driveway provides easy on-and-off access for travelers and provides easy wheel chair access. The cabin is not in the woods and yet... the cabin offers our guests an affordable, clean, convenient, and accessible, "base camp" for Maine's Mid-Coast nature adventures. Fishing, boating, hiking, hunting, 4 wheeling, all within walking or 5 miles from the cabin front door! Too many boat ramps nearby to list! A large flat field on one side of the property is perfect for play and includes a fire pit and grill of course in the summer! Walk to great fishing stream in the back field. The ocean is just a short 15 minutes away in Belfast, Maine. The cabin is a cozy 1 bedroom, single-family, stand-alone home, perfect for couples, seniors, or small family. The cabin has a full kitchen, bath, living room, and separate bedroom. The living room includes a queen-size pull-out sleeper and recliner, TV/internet. Updates include a new dishwasher, new living room furniture, and new bathroom vanity, and hand pul down windppw shades in December 2023. We insist on no smoking in the cabin and no pets. There is a smoking area outside on the back deck.
