Barn house stay near Palisade, hot tub and views! Come enjoy country views just 4.1 miles from downtown Palisade. This adorable mother in law "barn" is located right behind our main living house. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best!Our "barn" has 1 real bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom is located upstairs in a loft. Please note that it is very open and there is no door, so if privacy is important to you, the second bedroom is not private. The pull out couch is located in the main open living area. We have a full kitchen stocked with spices, coffee, creamer, sugar, and lots of cooking utensils. If you are booking this space for 6 people, please remember that there is only 1 bathroom and it is small but efficient. We live across from the barn and we have 2 small children and a busy life so you will likely see us out and about. We have a black cat named River and some chickens who like to come visit. The outdoor space: We love our yard and we hope you do too! We have a graveled patio with a gas fireplace for you to enjoy. The hot tub is situated between your barn and our house and we don't use it if you're in it. It's open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We like to make this as comfortable for you as we can, but we also live here and sometimes need a soak too! :) We have an outdoor patio with seating for 6 and a gas BBQ.
