Tucked away at the back of the property is a private tennis court surrounded by oak and maple trees.There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, three upstairs, and one on the ground floor. There is also a full bath on the ground floor which is convenient if anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs. Nature lovers will enjoy the assortment of birds attracted by the many flowers in the gardens. Deer, rabbits and fox may be spotted crossing the property if you happen to be watching at the right time. Just 54 miles from New York City, and 15 minutes north of the Merritt Parkway, you will find all the modern day comforts in rural Redding. The four-bedroom home is seated on 2.5 acres and has 2500 square foot living space, 3 full baths, and a dining room that seats 8 comfortably. There is cable tv and wifi. The back of the house opens to the private, fenced in pool area with lounge chairs, a gas grill, and a outdoor table that seats 8. There is a second, smaller table that seats 5.Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed (a family member has allergies).The hosts are experienced and committed to providing great stays for guests. Host lives on the property in attached apartment and is available to answer questions 24/7. He cleans and services the pool early each morning.
