New kitchen, bbq, chairs on the cliffs and both an indoor fireplace and a fire pit to watch the maine sunsets over historic John's Bay (apparently google is off in its map---- I am ON the wAter. The landlord (me, lives in the small addition but it all is sound proof and totally private and I am gone most of the time). When u arrive there are cooked lobsters in the fridge, wine corn and potatoes).The most beautiful view as you can awake to whales and great whites!!! I had my rating as a host lowered because i had to cancel two reservations because there was a plumbing issue and after covid, finding a plumber was impossible--- but i got one much faster than planned and everything is fixed!!!Special offer: *For 7 nights or more, special discount.*If you rent for 4 to 6 nights, you will be having a complete Losbter dinner at the house. Ask the Host for any information.
