Sit out on the covered porch and enjoy the views of Linekin Bay and the boats going by. One floor living; well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, water view dining room with seating for up to 6 and a living room with a fieldstone fireplace. Large level front yard is great for lawn games. Bocce, badminton, and croquet sets are provided.There is a mooring available for your use. Great area for walking or biking around Ocean Point. There is also Grimes Cove (small pebbly beach) at Ocean Point to explore. You provide the linens or we do have a linen service you may use.During peak season (6/20-9/5) rentals are Saturday to Saturday only.
