For 2024 we have residential options for 6 - 10 guests. The Sea Studio and Boat House for the core of our residences. They are supported by the newly built Barn and Loft. Ideal for recreation and special events on the main level and a loft sleeping for 4 above. All our structures are new or highly renovated to a very high standard by an award winning architecture team.This listing is for the Boat House and Sea Studio together. There is an additional option for Boat Barn. To reserve the Boat Barn please indicate this in your booking request. During summer months we only provide LRBC to one group at a time. You will be the only overnight residents: enjoy the special beauty of the Little River (which is actually the Atlantic Ocean) ... especially for glassy mornings and evenings. Have a cookout on the fire pit perhaps? The large, accessible site offers the ability for gathering, exploration and play inside and out - as well as privacy when you want to get away. The "Boat House" is a crafted gem offering 300 degrees of waterfront and views in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Perched on a dock 80' out on the water. Sleeps 4 (plus one additional young child).The "Sea Studio" is inspired by a ship captains captain to provide a private and perfect 600 sf studio with private deck and bath. The result is a romantic and beautiful retreat. Sleeps 2 + one child. The "Barn Loft" is an open style room with a private entrance and bath, perched on the hill above the other residents. Sleeps up to 4. The Barn also has an open 1,200 room that we occasionally provide for special events. This is available only through special reservation. Combined the site may accommodate 8 adults. The amount of children will depend on the age and sleeping arrangements for the children. While LRBC offers an unparalleled summer playground, spring, fall and even winter cannot be beat for the access to quiet natural beauty. The grounds are beautiful through all four seasons. The Marina is small and private limited to a few LRBC members for the day-use of full season tenants only. There is a dock space and mooring reserved for our residential guests. Launch and keep your own small craft from here. Or, kayaks, row boats and open water rowing shells are available for on-site rental. Charter sail and power boats are available locally and can pick you up from here! To stay connected: access the business grade high-speed internet, cable and flat screen tv's. Oh yea: our beds are very high quality and special: made in Maine by the Portland Mattress Company and are super nice and comfy! PLEASE NOTE: We are very particular about maintaining the quality of our residences. Please read house rules before confirming.
