You'll be just over 16 miles away from the nearby community of Damariscotta and about 13 miles from Wiscasset.Out front, you'll find a large stone patio area complete with comfortable lounge chairs, the perfect place to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Head inside to discover a classic New England getaway with lots of natural light cascading in through numerous windows. The spacious living room boasts cool blue and green tones, comfortable furniture, and burnished hardwood floors. You can easily settle in for some lively conversation after a day of sightseeing around town.Admire the whale artwork as you head into the full kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a subway tile backsplash. You'll find a lovely dining room with a built-in white hutch filled with nicknacks, a cozy setting for an impromptu meal with friends. After preparing a seafood feast, serve your dinner guests at the six-seat wooden dining room table or outside on the deck for a wonderful al-fresco experience. Here you'll find outdoor seating and a charcoal grill for those lazy evening barbecues while you take in the fresh ocean air.Further along, you'll find a bright and lively family room with a striped sectional couch, hardwood floors, and a flatscreen TV. The bay window looks out onto the back deck. For entertainment, you'll have cable TV and a movie library for those fun movie nights with lots of hot buttered popcorn. This home also includes free WiFi so you can easily check emails or use your laptop to stream movies online. There is also a full bath on the main level.Head upstairs to check out the three bedrooms and one full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed enveloped in a printed blue-and-white coverlet, a white armchair, and light blue walls. A second bedroom is perfect for a young family as it has two queen beds, a rocking chair, two built-in dressers, and an antique desk. The third bedroom features a trundle bed (two twins), perfect for kids. There is also a futon for additional sleeping options. When you want a bit of privacy, the apartment will welcome you with shiplap accents, loads of natural light flooding through expansive windows, and modern furnishings to make you feel right at home. Free WiFi and a flatscreen TV in the living area will keep everyone connected and entertained, and the chef of your group will love the efficient layout of the full kitchen complete with a gas range, full fridge, a toaster, and all of the cookware needed to whip up tasty meals right at home. Additional amenities include partial air conditioning in every room, a private washer/dryer, games, books, an Atari gaming system, and an outdoor firepit for telling ghost stories and making after-dinner 'Smores.Boothbay Harbor is the preeminent destination in the Boothbay Region.
