New House With Water Views & Water Access, Weekly/Monthly Rentals , Booking 2025 This beautiful new home [built in 2023] has water views and walking access to the shore through the owners property directly across the road. Access allows for rocky beach combing for sea glass and launching of kayaks. Also, a bench to sit on and watch the sunrise or sunset. The home is on a quiet 1/2 mile dead end road. You can feel the cool ocean breeze while sitting on the lower or upper decks. Views of the channel and White Head Island from the upper deck. The loft is a cozy sitting area and/or a perfect place for working from home with a view. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, and internet. There is a 2 door garage and 12 foot attached breezeway. Spruce Head is a small coastal fishing village. There is a church and Post Office less than a 1/2 mile and a famous lobster and seafood take-out, McLoons, a mile walk or 2 minute drive onto Spruce Head Island. Spruce Head Island is a fishing, lobster village with three lobster pounds. Rockland is a 10 minute drive and Camden is a 20 minute drive. The owners, across the road from this property, have a few lobster traps out and it may be a chance to experience catching your own lobsters with them! The daylight basement is for owners use only.
