Upscale Charming Chalet Style Cottage This house is located on a very quiet lane and has a large yard which borders the rocky shore front ocean. There are 3 bedrooms/2 baths, a beautiful updated kitchen with lots of amenities. Also, a dishwasher, a diningroom, and a bright well lit livingroom and sitting area with a TV that is connected to cable along with a DVD player. The house has water views/frontage and a partial wrap around deck. There are cheery gardens to enjoy while sitting outside enjoying the Maine air! We have recently partially renovated the downstairs bathroom which now has a new floor and a new vanity! There are 3 spacious bedrooms, all with sitting space and plenty of closet and dresser space. We also have a washer/dryer for your convenience. Every now and again you might even see a deer on the front lawn!WE HAVE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM!!
