Beach access is at your own risk. on any of the ferries and enjoy exploring the nearby islands. Recently remodeled home with a well appointed modern kitchen, new appliances and granite countertops. En suite Master bedroom with full bath. Extra half bath in living area. Flat screen TVs in LR and BR. Reliable, fast streaming WiFi. Side deck with table and chairs. Large backyard with landscaped pond. Private beach access is a 2 minute walk across the street to beautiful Glen Cove. Due to severe allergies and potential safety issues with other animals, we cannot accommodate service animals. Not childproofed, no infant accommodations. No Smoking/Vaping/Open flames. There are no external accommodations on the property for the recharging of electric vehicles; running extension cords outside of the house is not permitted.No Animals, No Smoking/Open Flames property. A 1000 sq. ft. one floor home conveniently located and across the street from your private entry to beautiful Glen Cove beach. The home has recently undergone a complete renovation. Private drive for off street parking. The en suite master bedroom has a queen sized bed, full bath and flat screen TV. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Ample seating in the comfortable living room overlooking your private pond and expansive backyard. The separate dining area has windows all around to let in sunlight during the day and sliding doors that can be closed at night for privacy. Outdoor seating on the lovely sun deck. Tastefully furnished throughout and includes WiFi, A/C, heat. We sanitize all soft surfaces with disinfectant spray and wipe down hard surfaces with bleach cleaners. All linens are washed in hot water and bleached and all quilts and blankets are laundered after each guest stay. Most importantly we believe in ventilating the cottage with plenty of fresh air between guest stays.Ensuring your comfort, enjoyment and creating happy vacation memories is what hosting is all about.
