Halibut Point is a granite promontory known for its quarries and hiking trails. If you stood in the same spot all day you could see the sun rise and set across Ipswich Bay and the coasts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. From the ground floor foyer, either step onto the marsh view deck or enter the newly renovated and well-appointed open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting area with picture window and half bath.
