There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy!The main floor has a living room with plenty of seating and a widescreen Smart TV above the fireplace for you to stay on top of tournament action. There are hardwood floors throughout the home and carpeting in the bedrooms and media room. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island with bar stool seating, and a small breakfast area. It is equipped with a gas stove top, double ovens, toaster, a coffee maker, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, cooking and baking utensils, and all dinnerware and cutlery. The main floor also includes a powder room (half bath), one bedroom with full sized bed and TV, a full bathroom with walk in shower and handicap accessible doorways. A dining room that seats 6. The backyard has a covered porch with seating and a grilling area with a gas grill. Upstairs features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom including a large double walk-in shower, granite-top counter tops and two sink vanities. 2 bedrooms have queen beds, TV's and bathrooms. Upstairs includes a large media room with couches, recliners, and a large screen smart TV. This room is perfect for relaxing after a long day on the green. Amenities: WIFI is available throughout the entire home. Streaming channels are available throughout the home including the golf channel. Rental fee includes maid service. Laundry room with washer and dryer.Closet and drawer space will be provided with plenty of sheets and towels.North Augusta Greenway is 1 mile for walking, biking, skating, etc. Non-smoking home.Minimum 3-night stay, maximum 8-night stay. Available from April 5th - April 15th. Check in time 11am. Check out time 12:00pm.
