Excellent bass fishing lake!You can rent boats not far from the property. you can rent a boat, and enjoy fishing in the lake all year round. We have ice fishing tournament around winter time.This is a two unit property, the downstairs is occupied by full time residents. Both units share access to the dock. Please park near the house and leave space by the garage for tenants.
