The house is light and airy and exquisitely decorated to echo the charm of this historic maritime community. Featuring stunning bay views from all water-side rooms there are expansive living areas with 2 fireplaces, a fully appointed chef’s kitchen and dining room and a large basement games and entertainment room. The home provides all the high-end amenities you will need. (Note: if additional guest space is needed a penthouse suite is available for an additional cost. Please see our VRBO listing “Brooklin House on Herrick Bay with Penthouse” and book through that site. The penthouse is not rented separately from the main house so if you do not need the extra accommodation, it will be empty during your stay.) The spacious 2+ acre grounds feature an outdoor dining area that seats 12 with a fire pit and BBQ, several seating areas surrounded by beautiful landscaped lawns, gardens and stone patio. Ample places and spaces to sit and lounge or wander the property taking in these unique views with plentiful wildlife and shorebirds. Enjoy coffee in the gazebo by the bay, take a swim off the point or launch your kayaks. Lawn games such as Badminton and Corn Hole are also made available to guests for some outdoor play time!
