Desert Island, and close to the famous tidal bar with low-tide hiking access to Bar Island. Light and bright throughout the home, it's a delightful, well-maintained headquarters for a family vacation. Kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and new stainless refrigerator. New ceiling fans in kitchen and in upper bedrooms for extra comfort. You won't find more convenient or reasonably-priced lodging for up to 6 guests in the village of Bar Harbor. First floor: living room, updated eat-in kitchen with seating for six, full shower bath. Second floor: queen bedroom, 2 twins bedroom, tub/shower bathroom. Finished walk-out basement: full bed (new mattress) with sitting area, laundry room (new washer & dryer in 2018), and access to newly-renovated patio area. Off-street parking for one car.Weekly Sat-Sat bookings. Linens and towels provided.No smoking. No pets.
