Comfy furnishings, hardwood floors, front and back covered porches, plus plenty of yard space make this adorable rental perfect for your summer vacation! Just around the corner, you'll find the free Island Explorer Shuttle hub at the Village Green, easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants, excursions to take advantage of from the town dock and harbor, and the famous Shore Path for a lovely stroll. And when you're ready to venture beyond the village into Acadia National Park, you'll find many park entrances all within easy reach. FIRST FLOOR: Light-filled Living Room with hardwood floors, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating. Dining Room with a table for up to six. Well-equipped Kitchen with tile flooring, granite counters, charming farmhouse-style sink, and propane stove. A small alcove with a counter for the coffee maker. Half Bathroom.SECOND FLOOR: Two Bedrooms, each with a Queen bed share a full Bathroom with a combined tub and shower.*ANNEX BEDROOM: Detached from the house by only a few steps, this converted garage space makes a cozy third Bedroom with a Double bed, TV, and propane stove. It's the perfect retreat for teens and young adults! Although this space has no indoor plumbing, a half Bath is easily accessible with just a few steps into the house from the back covered porch. *Annex is available for May - December reservations only. OUTDOOR SPACES: Front and back covered Porches with furnishings, lovely side lawn with chairs, and partially fenced-in side lawn and backyard.Note: Dogs are welcome with an additional pet fee pet.
