The guest house includes an open plan layout with a full kitchen and living room and a dining table for 4. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has twin bunk beds and there is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Must be able to climb 1 flight of stairs. This guest house is on a custom built estate, located down a private lane that ends at the water. In addition to your private guest house, the estate has a main house where the owners live - which is separated from you by a driveway and a cottage that is slightly up the road and out of view. You have private access to your guest house, a section of the backyard with water views and your own balcony. You're only 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 10 minutes from downtown Yarmouth. Coastal Maine at its best!
