You'll be one mile from Flax Pond Recreation Area, which offers a beach, sports fields, volleyball and basketball courts, and a picnic area along the lakeshore. Enjoy easy access to Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox games at Red Wilson Field (two miles), West Dennis Beach (four miles south), and both Route 6A (to the north) and Route 28 (to the south).Beautiful yards await both in front and in back of the house, giving your kids plenty of space to play and stretch their legs. There's even a brand-new paver patio where you can relax with your morning coffee, read in the afternoons, and roast marshmallows each evening by the stone firepit.Step inside to be greeted by a living room to the left and a TV room to the right, providing ample space for playing board games, working on puzzles, and streaming your favorite movies. There's also an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room that opens to the backyard, and a den upstairs with another TV. Each bedroom - one upstairs, one downstairs - is paired with its own full bathroom. A washer/dryer.THINGS TO KNOWStreaming services are available via the Amazon Fire TV Stick with guests' own account credentials and hot spot as the home does not have WiFi.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Security camera details: There is an exterior security camera facing the street and a camera in the owner's storage area.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
