A great cottage for families with children - the town beach is just a minute walk away where you'll find a safe buoyed swimming area (the town beach is only open to residents or their guests/tenants and very seldom over-crowded). This nicely renovated and private waterfront cottage is the perfect place to relax with a nice view of the lake from the enclosed porch and large dock. Spacious interior includes a living/dining area with fireplace, nice sitting room and good size family room/den with addtional sleeping. One bedroom and full bath on first floor, second bedroom and 1/2 bath on second floor. Great (Maine Cottage) feel. Dock at river's edge. Marina facilities close by. Nice, level lot around cottage with high bush blueberries available in August - yum! 20 minutes to Naples and North Windham. NO OUTDOOR FIRPITS ALLOWED Waterfront Description: Riverfront,with good fishing. Shared, sandy beach nearby - safe swimming for children, nice view of the open lake. Dock/Suitable for tie-up: yes for up to 24' boat. Mooring: no need for a mooring. Bedrooms: Two. 1st floor: 1 bedroom w/queen on 1st floor. 2nd floor: 1 w/4 singles. 2 full size futons. Linens not provided.
