Island cottage getaway Our cottage is located at 386 South Rd on chebeague island. This home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with a claw foot tub and shower including an additional outdoor shower. Beautiful view of the ocean with large front yard and fire pit. This was originally a summer cottage built in 1904 and converted to year round living space. 5 minute walk to the beach with biking trails throughout the island. We are dog friendly. We are offering pick And drop off services for an additional 50.00 fee, Please let us know before your arrival if you need this service. We have a small island store , Doughty’s market which carries your basic grocery needs. We recommend shopping at a local grocery store such as Hannaford, Shaw’s or Whole Foods before venturing to your getaway. https://www.ctcferry.org/The above link will give you directions on where to park your car and the bus and boat schedule, the bus will shuttle you to the ferry landing.
