There will also be a $100 pet fee automatically added to your reservation when you add a dog to your guest count.We have 2 crates, dog beds in one of the bedroom, and provide dog pick up bags :)Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.- No smoking in the house- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.- Quiet time is from 9pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated- Respect the neighbors
