The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and enclosed porch from which to enjoy the views of the lake and listen to the call of the Loons. Over the garage is an apartment with full bath, living and dining area and sleeping area. Outside enjoy your private dock or take a swim out to your float. Hop into the canoe or kayak, which are included, to explore the lake. The lakeside deck is perfect for enjoying a meal and then move over to the fire pit to roast marshmallows for your S'mores.Short distance to town for shopping, dining, movie theater or a good old fashion Drive-in. Hiking is all around on nearby trails and Pleasant Mountain. Only 25 minutes away, North Conway, NH offers more shopping, dining, mini golf or take a ride on the scenic railway. The Saco River is a great way to spend time floating in a tube while taking in the scenery.
