This home is beautifully situated between Moose Pond, Woods Pond, and Highland Lake. In the snowy winter months, you'll be less than four miles from Shawnee Peak, with both a wood-burning fireplace and a pellet stove to welcome you home in the afternoons.Enter into an impressive great room on the main floor, which features a two-story wall of windows framing Shawnee Peak, natural log walls, and a fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone hearth. Adjoining this room is a dining area, a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a fantastic outdoor deck with a gas grill. There's even more space to unwind in the den downstairs (offering a foosball table, a cable TV, a DVD player with a movie library, a PlayStation 2, and a treadmill) and upstairs in the bonus room (with a Ping-Pong table and an exercise bike).THINGS TO KNOWThis vacation rental does not have access to the internet.Wood is provided for the fireplace.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
