Enjoy taking walks on this quiet road to Cook's Lobster & Ale House, Morse's Cribstone Grill, or even BIGS (Bailey Island General Store). These destinations are all within walking distance of this lovely home.Enter into this spacious home through the daylight basement that offers a second living area with a reading nook. The lower level also has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed (a full and twin bed). As you continue on through the lower level, there is a full bathroom and large laundry room. Continue up the stairs to the grand living/dining/kitchen that offers vaulted ceilings and walls of glass to take in the spectacular view of Harpswell Sound. This kitchen is a cook's dream with ample counter space and brand new appliances. Step out onto the wrap-around covered porch and enjoy a meal, or just relax with your family and friends. There is also a half bathroom off of this space. A gorgeous master suite completes this home, offering a queen bed and a large bathroom with a double shower and double vanity.
