With an exceptionally spacious yard this property allows you to walk and enjoy sunrises as well as sunsets whether with a coffee or a cocktail! Inside this newly remodeled cottage you will find a bedroom on the first floor with a queen size bed as well as its own full size bathroom. There is another full bathroom downstairs off of the living area as well. The loft for sleeping upstairs has a queen and two twins. For addition sleeping the living room futon converts into a full size bed as well. The views from inside are almost as amazing at outside with several windows to see the panoramic water views. This property is also located in a fantastic walking spot to enjoy an evening walk or a quick trip down to Mackerel Cove. The updated kitchen and bathrooms allow you to enjoy all the modern comforts in this cottage. * Please note this property rents Saturday-Saturday in summer. The calendar will show available check-in check-out days and the week in-between will be grayed out.Fireplace is not for renter(s) use.
