Beautiful, Fully Refurbished Contemorary Home This beautiful home has been totally refurbished in a contemporary style and sits at the end of dead end road at a 4500' elevation. It is extremely private with forever views. There are extremely high ceilings (over 20 feet) with mountain views from every room. The balcony off the main floor allows for pure enjoyment during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons. Mini splits are in each room providing heat and air conditioning. Sit and enjoy the propane log fire during the cooler months while you watch the huge Samsung TV! Walk to the Appalachian trail, watch the deer roam, enjoy absolute peace on your own personal mountain top! There is a king bed in the main bedroom and queen bunk beds in the second bedroom. The owner just included a game room which includes a foos ball table, connect four and darts! No pets, please. The owner is a member of the Village Amenities which gives renters access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and trout pond! During winter conditions, a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.**Please note this property offers an outdoor communal pool. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
