This Asheville vacation rental is located in Mars Hill and is approximately 48 minutes to downtown Asheville.• 2-Story Home• 4 Bedrooms: 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, Twin/Full Bunk Bed• 3 Full Baths• Main Level: Main Suite/Bedroom One - 1 King Bed with attached Full Bath; Bedroom Two - 1 Queen Bed; Bedroom Three - 1 Twin/Full Bunk Bed; Full Bath in Hallway;• Lower Level: Bedroom Four - 1 Queen Bed; Full Bath; Important Property Notes:• Property Amenities*Bici della Nonna is pet-friendly with restrictions, allowing only dogs weighing less than 50 lbs. Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. • 4WD/AWD and Travel Insurance Recommended in WinterDuring the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access Bici della Nonna. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended. We ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.• Community Restrictions and AmenitiesWolf Laurel is a private community and has restrictions on motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles. If you plan to bring any vehicles other than cars or trailers, please contact our office to ensure they are permitted. Amenities are available between May 1st and October 31st and include a swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a basketball half-court, a kid's playground, a picnic pavilion, and fishing in the community pond. (Note that the picnic pavilion is available for guest use but cannot be scheduled for events.) Also included is the use of the Community Center with a library, art wall, activity center, and access to seasonal programs and events. (The swimming pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through September.) • Ski Resort Changes. Please note, Wolf Ridge Ski Resort has been sold, and rebranded to Hatley's Point by new ownership. The resort is currently under renovations, and expected to open at a later date to be determined.This Is a Pet-Friendly Property -- Please Read this Important Information!• For any reservation with pets, please note that only dogs are allowed. Your reservation requires a pet fee of $150 per dog.
