The other 2 beds are in private bedrooms on the main floor. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa available for extra accommodations.Please Note: The game room is not accessible from the main floor. You must exit the cabin and walk around or walk down the steps from the deck. There is an additional lock code provided the access the game room.The Village Club area amenities are included at no charge, and you will be provided a guest pass by staff. Village Club amenities are seasonal and include access to the heated outdoor pool, tennis & pickle ball courts, a playground, and a fully stocked trout pond to enjoy.**Please Note: The Ski Resort formerly known as Wolf Laurel Ski Resort now (Hatley Pointe Ski Resort) is under reconstruction and will not be open or available for guest use until Mid January or early February. We are not only a property management company but a Real Estate firm as well**** ****About our Cabins****You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!DOG fees are extra and NONREFUNDABLE The pet fee $100 is per pet per stay or $109.75 with taxes included. i.e. Any length stays with two dogs equals two pet fees plus taxes which is $219.50. Maximum of TWO dogs!! More than two dogs constitutes prior approval by the homeowner and Pristine Vacation Rentals. DOGS ONLY allowed! We are in the mountains.CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.FIRES: Guests are welcome to use the fire pit year-round. However, we do not provide firewood. You can purchase this at many of the local convenience stations, local grocery stores or Walmart. It's generally around $5 per bundle.NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin.
