The unit is handicap accessible with no steps at the front or back doors, wide hallways, and 3' doorways in every room. This is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The master bedroom has a queen bed, amazing views, and a large walk in closet. The large master bathroom has a custom tiled shower and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has both a full bed and a twin bed. The second large bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings and would be great for family gatherings. The large kitchen is ideal for those looking to save some of their vacation budget by preparing food themselves. An air mattress could be set up in the living area if extra sleeping space is needed. A heat pump system provides both air conditioning and heat for quiet comfort throughout the year. A large pantry with washer/dryer is available right off the kitchen. Wireless internet and a gas grill for outdoor cooking are also both provided. The front door has a keypad for easy access. Garage not included in the rental. Nestled between several large fields, the amazing views will provide you with both sunrises, sunsets, and plenty of wildlife spotting. This building is located on 7-1/2 quiet acres with access to the ITS 83 snowmobile trail on the back property line. Nearby 4-wheeler trails are also a popular recreational activity in the area. Many lakes and rivers for boating, fishing, and swimming are within short driving distance. The Houlton Golf Course is only 6 minutes away by car. Interstate 95 and Route 1 can each be reached by car in 10 minutes. We do not allow pets or smoking in the house. Some guests may have allergies to pets and in fairness to them we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
