The home is 20 minutes from almost everything from Universities, RDU Airport, Music and Entertainment venues.The house includes 3 bedrooms, one with a small en-suite bath, plus a living room, dining room and kitchen. The house does include a washer/dryer however we want guests to be aware that it is in the basement down a staircase off the kitchen. There is a spacious back yard, fenced on 3 sides. Guests can take an easy walk to West End and a 15-minute walk to the new Downtown Cary Park.
