It features living room with high ceilings and gas fireplace, dining room with beautiful molding that can sit 8 people comfortably, large family room with coffered ceilings, 85 inch 4K TV, fireplace and 2 large sofas (no sofa bed yet), chefs kitchen with all the amenities, high quality cookware, dinnerware and all sorts of kitchen appliances. Downstairs bedroom is currently used as an office and will not be available for guests. 2nd floor features master and three additional bedrooms plus study. All 4 bedrooms have queen size bed with top quality mattress (Tempur-Pedic and Sealy). All bedrooms have direct access to bathrooms, 3 of the 4 bedrooms have large screen TVs, 2 screened porches, one off owner's suite and one off the kitchen. Google fiber 1G high speed internet, enjoy Netflix, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime, lots of board games and foosball table in Game room.
