Bathrooms on each floor. 5 min walk to Pharmacy Bottle & Bev, Crosstown Pub, Hank's Downtown Dive, Bond Brothers, Sidebar & Pizza Faulisi. Amtrack train station 5-minute walk, bus stop right in front of home.Plenty of parking 20 min drive to Raleigh, PNC Arena & RDU. No Parties but small gatherings for showers or family get-togethers allowed. Ring Doorbell Cameras on Front & Back Doors, Security Light & Ring Camera Side Door along with noise monitoring for neighbors. No recording devices or cameras inside. We have hosted and been a very successful short-term rental for almost years now with a very high rating!
