This beautiful home has a gentle slope to the lake with a large backyard, ready for family games (horseshoe, etc.). Large deck on main level with is and and large patio on the bottom with gorgeous views of the cove and main body of lake. Perfect setup for two families to share. Neighborhood boat ramp 20’ from home. 3 external outlets for fishermen.Main floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and the other has 2 full beds), 1 full bathroom with shower, and gorgeous lake views in kitchen, dining with table and living room which includes a full sofa sleeper. Large kitchen with a large center island with bar stools for all your family needs. All the necessary conveniences, cookware, dishes, and linens, etc. are available for your use. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer.Head downstairs where you will find a cozy fully finished basement which includes a family /TV entertainment room. Game room with a pool table, darts, and another room with a ping pong table. You will also find 1 bedroom with 1 queen & 2 Twin beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower on the lower lever. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood 5-10 minutes from Harps Grocery, Super Walmart and all the other conveniences that Grove has to offer including marinas, restaurants, fast food, gas stations, hospital, casinos, liquor stores, antique stores and the Sports Center. You have the conveniences of being close to town, but the feel of country lake living. It’s a great location having the best of both worlds and an excellent location by water, close to marinas and boat/jet ski rentals. Harbor Village and Lendonwood Gardens is located a couple miles away.
