Lounge on the daybed in the sun or shade while the kids and dog play safely on the lawn. Refinished hardwood floors shine in the bedrooms and living rooms with beautiful tile in the baths, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the new walk-in showers in the two Master bedrooms. The original updated full bath pairs with the third bedroom which has an entry directly from the back yard. The laundry and the half bath are conveniently located inside the back door. From this low-traffic cul-de-sac walk or bike less than a mile to the train station served by two Orange County Metrolink routes and two Amtrack routes. Travel to Oceanside, San Diego, and San Luis Obispo without changing trains, or zip down to L. A. Union Station in 30 minutes.
