We must keep the noise level down anywhere and at all times. Have fun, but please treat this home and our neighbors with respect!!THESE ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN OUR HOME- LOUD BASS MUSIC- LARGE GATHERINGS ( 12 People MAX, including visitors | 4 Cars MAX )- SMOKING OF ANY KIND, ESPECIALLY MARIJUANAOr a police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund.POOL RULES:- hours are from 7am-11 pm- anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult- no glass, plastic cups are okay- must notify 1 week in advance for all large events with 20+ peoplePlease make sure other house rules are also read thoroughly.
