The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and all bed linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is supplied with most essentials and paper products are supplied. The outdoor space includes a large yard, fire pit, and a grill. Cable television is not provided, but there is a smart TV for guests to use any streaming services they may have. Check-in: 4pm Check-out: 10am A 4 digit code will be sent out the day before check-in and that is how you will enter the house. There is a $50 cancellation fee that will be taken from the security deposit. No events or parties.
