Flat and shallow entrance to the water with a beautiful sandy bottom for swimming or water games. There is easy boat access. East Twin is a premier All Sports lake in Northern Michigan. It is ~830 acres, and boasts excellent fishing! Lewiston is central to snowmobile/UTV trails, state land, and 4 Championship golf courses! It can be an easy day trip to wineries, and all to the amenities that Northern Michigan offers. The property is walking distance to a park with a beach and playground. It is also a quick stroll into town for coffee, shopping, and restaurants.This unique property is a duplex. Each side of the duplex has it’s own locked entrance into the living areas which have a kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Each unit will sleep 6 people comfortably. There is also a full family room, dining and smart TV when you want to be inside. The outside space has a privacy wall between units. There is a patio table, outside seating, gas grill and a firepit. There is a shared dock, so bring your boat or kayak if you want to explore this beautiful, clear lake. We have a pontoon available for rent as well. Enjoy the ease of a pontoon boat being onsite and ready! There is access to a shared laundry/utility room or that door can remain locked or unlocked to share space with your friends or family on the other side. This listing is for one side of the duplex.
