The home sits on 0.73 acres where you can sit under the trees in the backyard and read a book or just enjoy the quiet view.This is Ms. Charline’s country home. She is the epitome of southern charm and is the sweetest 96 year old lady. She has recently moved to a nursing home and proceeds from renting this home go toward paying some of the nursing home costs. Come enjoy the quiet and peaceful vibe of this home located at the end of a cove.
