The 3rd bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor, along with the kitchen, washer/dryer, and a large family room, complete with dining tables and TV. The new kitchen has stainless appliances, ice-maker, coffee makers, and all the cooking basics.Both floors have covered porches that provide access to the iconic courtyard, all perfect spots for coffee or cocktails.
