With 5 suites and 5 full bathrooms, the home rests on almost 2 acres, has a large independent observation deck on the bluff which can be enjoyed for viewing the river and relaxing, a wraparound covered porch on the house and abundant privacy in a peaceful and beautiful setting. Guests will enjoy lounging on the porch and deck under the oaks, listening to the myriad of birds who call the property home, watching the sunset over the river, and the 2 minutes it takes to get down the road to the hub of Main Street Natchez and all of the restaurants, quaint shopping, antique stores and many festivals and shows the town has to offer throughout the year. Clermont comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, large dining room that seats 10, a piano room and a living room, an office nook, and plenty space to spread out.
