Riverside Retreat with Red Rock Canyon Views and High-Speed Internet Enjoy this phenomenal mountain getaway located directly on the Middle St. Vrain. The lower patio goes right up to the water, with the upper deck overlooking it. Take in views of the river and spectacular canyon walls from floor-to-ceiling windows. Try cooking in the newly remodeled kitchen, with a wide assortment of spices and pantry basics. The place has many seating areas indoors and out, including a large deck with a propane fire pit and surrounding trees lit up by dazzling color smart lighting.The main bedroom features a large king-sized memory foam sleigh bed, blackout blinds throughout and a large projector screen television equipped with Apple TV. The room has its own private walkout onto the large second story deck, in addition to the main walkout from the living room. There is a small desk facing a window in the master bedroom that has arguably the best view in the house. The master bath includes a full shower as well as clawfoot bathtub with color-changing chandelier overhead. The downstairs bedroom is cordoned off with thick blackout curtains and features a deep couch with memory foam topper that can be used as a somewhat larger-than queen-sized bed. It faces a TV, also equipped with Apple TV, surrounded by built-in library shelving. The downstairs sleeping and entertainment area has its own en-suite bathroom with full shower. There is also a very high-quality queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper pullout located in the living room near its own half bathroom. With three beds in separate rooms, the residence is suitable for up to 3 couples, or children who can share beds, having their own private sleeping areas. There are electric candles throughout the household that come on automatically around sunset and remain on for five hours. They can be switched off by flipping the toggle underneath.Living AreasThere is a primary living room on the upper floor featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river and viewing up to the tremendous canyon walls of red sandstone. It has a sofa with chaise for reclining by the windows as well as a large chair. Together they create a comfortable area for relaxing and conversing while taking in the scenery. The masonry fireplace has had a highly efficient wood-burning stove insert installed and works extremely well, with plenty of firewood and kindling provided.There is a cafe table in the main living area near the fireplace that seats two or could be used as a desk with a view, in addition to the nearby dining room table in the kitchen with seating for four. This makes it easy to seat a total of six individuals for meals. There is also a sitting area with two reclining La-Z-Boy chairs in the lower entryway facing the large windows near the second bedroom.Out on the sprawling upper deck, there is a true wrought iron table set with seating for six as well as a propane firepit seating area with umbrella. The outdoors areas can be lit up with string lights by turning them on at the wall box on the east end of the deck, or at the west upper corner of the lower patio. Trees around the estate are lit up by color-changing spotlights that come on automatically from sunset until 11pm and they can be controlled at the same box on the upper deck, or from the remote control in the master bedroom desk.
