Continue on to the Living room with built in cabinets and 50' HD 3D TV/ Blu-ray 3D DVD, Game table and comfortable couch and chair near the fireplace and deck. The deck is long and narrow with a tall bar table and stools looking over the entry courtyard lighted trees in winter and flowers in summer.Kitchen appliances were installed in 2020. The range is an induction cooktop.The countertops are granite and the bar.There is a King Bedroom off the living room, pillowtop mattress, chest, desk, chairs and a 30' LED/TV with a private bath with tub/shower. Down the hall to your left, you will find a closet with a washer/dryer and another bath with a tub/shower opposite a closet with ironing board and useful appliances. Next is the twin bedroom with chest, desk 30'LED/TV DVD(see photo).The Master Bedroom has a pillowtop King, 42' HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD, night stands, chest, working desk, sitting (reading) area, and a large walk-in closet with key-pad safe. A private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, twin sinks, hairdryer, and cabinets for necessities awaits you. Private underground parking for each unit.
